This repository contains the proprietary and confidential intellectual
property of Edward Howard ("the Owner"). Access to the source is granted
for authorized development, testing, and review.

1. OWNERSHIP

The Owner retains full copyright over all original source code, assets,
and documentation in this repository. Third-party libraries managed via
cargo (Rust) and npm/yarn (TypeScript/JavaScript) are governed by their
respective licenses.

2. RESTRICTIONS ON THE SOURCE

Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or public display of
this source code is strictly prohibited.

The source code, in whole or in substantial part, may not be uploaded to
public code-sharing platforms (including but not limited to public GitHub
repositories, GitLab, or pastebins) or to external AI/ML training datasets
without express written consent from the Owner.

Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code beyond what
is provided is prohibited.

3. NO WARRANTY

This software is provided "AS IS" with no warranty of any kind, express
or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular
purpose, security, or merchantability. The Owner assumes no liability
for any damages arising from its use.

4. SCOPE — SEPARATE TERMS OF USE FOR THE RUNNING APPLICATION

This LICENSE governs the SOURCE CODE only. The Owner's rights and the
user's obligations when *running* an Atelier instance — including what
the user may share publicly about applications they build with Atelier
— are set out in the separate TERMS-OF-USE document accompanying this
LICENSE.

In particular: nothing in this LICENSE restricts a user of a running
Atelier instance from publicly sharing, deploying, screenshotting, or
posting on social media the applications, code, or other content they
build with Atelier. Those rights are governed by the TERMS-OF-USE.
